Smart Home
Our Smart Home systems facillitate smartphone control and timed operation of:
- Audio Visual systems
- Lighting
- Heating and hot water
- Chosen appliances
- Burglar alarm
- Electric blinds and windows
- Front door operation
- Feeding pets
- And much much more…
Loxone allows us to implement real-time background fault reporting. From errors from flat batteries, damaged gears in a garage door, a blocked flue in the boiler, low pressure in the system, blocked MVHR filters and more. Data collected on the running of properly functioning equipment would be automatically compared to current running data and any disparity would be flagged. We offer this as part of our ongoing maintenance package
Loxone can detect when all occupants have left the house, and when this happened, it automatically goes into away mode:
- Hot water goes off
- Heating is turned down
- Ventilation system goes on standby
- Burglar alarm goes on
- Presence simulation can be activated with lights behaving as if you were still at home.
- Mechanical blinds can be automatically operated depending on sun position to prevent overheating.

“This house is cosy and comfortable but in a natural way. Our old house was of similar scale, area and build and if you wanted to heat a room you had to blast it and the air would then be very dry and that heat would quickly leak out.”
– Toni M -
“We found Rafael polite and enthusiastic, and very quick to grasp what we wanted from the build – he has great communication skills.”
