Our client engaged us through their architect to fully refurbish and re-roof their home. We fitted new bathrooms and re-decorated all rooms. We installed underfloor heating in the kitchen and dining room and undertook all structural and floor works required to facilitate this. We replaced the entire plumbing system and added a water booster to increase water pressure in the house. Water softener and separate drinking water taps were also added.

Refurbishment included new floors for the entire house and fitting bespoke furniture from Blakes. The house was internally insulated using extremely low VOC Icynene spray foam supplied and installed by London Insulation. We created a new basement utility room and fitted out a media room with personalised home cinerma supplied by Smart Space Group. The living and reception rooms feature a large glazing partition giving those rooms a feeling of open-ness while delineating the space.

The whole house is now fully mechanically ventilated with a heat recovery unit installed in the attic. We fitted high quality timber sash and casement windows supplied by TS joinery. In the roof we fitted electronically operated Velux windows with electronic blinds. These are automatically operated by the Loxone smart home system which controls blinds, curtains and heating in the house. We used high quality Loxone fittings such as light switches.

The bathrooms feature high end fixtures, fittings and finishes. We installed a new patio garden and undertook all landscaping.
