Project Description

We have now completed this EnerPHit refurbishment of a terraced house in South London. We also undertook PHPP energy consultancy on this project which has been certified. It features new sliding sash windows with proprietary airtightness gaskets designed and installed by ourselves. Underfloor heating and Internal wall insulation has been fitted throughout.

As well as our own regular in-house airtightness tests the site has now been independently tested and we are on-track to achieve EnerPHit certification.
