As the Main Contractor, we had the privilege of helping deliver a project that was both technically challenging and highly unusual. It required careful planning, attention to detail and a willingness from everyone involved to think beyond standard solutions.
What we particularly appreciate about this project is that the beauty of the building does not come from unnecessary additions or excess. Every element feels considered, purposeful and connected to the character of the existing structure. The result is a home that feels unique, personal and timeless.
The project also reflects something that sits at the heart of what we do as a company – making the most of existing buildings, reducing waste and creating spaces that are sustainable not only in performance, but also in their long-term value and adaptability.
