As a forward thinking and innovative construction contractor, working for Bow Tie never gets boring! We work on projects ranging from turnkey construction of individual high-end zero carbon passive houses to design work on multi-unit social housing Energiesprong Retrofits.

In the last years zero carbon construction has become a mainstream topic and this is driving significant growth. We are always on the look-out for new colleagues who share our passion for sustainable construction and who want to apply the most modern working methods to increase quality and efficiency and reduce costs.

We have a dedicated design team and our vehicle fleet is majority electric. We’re an equal opportunities employer with a high ratio of minorities on our team. Our sociable workplace in High Wycombe is adjacent to a park. We operate a paperless office. Our projects are in London and the home counties.
