We’re delighted to share that our incredible Architectural Technologist Vandana Sharma has recently completed two highly regarded courses, elevating her skills and expertise even further.
1️⃣ Level 3 Award in Domestic Energy Assessment: With this qualification, she has mastered the art of delivering energy assessments for existing homes. From gathering detailed building data to crafting precise floor plans, she’s now adept at producing accurate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). Her practical experience includes generating EPCs for five distinct properties, ranging from historical buildings from 1900 to modern homes built in 2012.
2️⃣ Level 4 Award in Domestic Retrofit Assessment: This course empowered her to handle domestic retrofit projects aligned with PAS 2035 standards. She assessed two live properties, compiling comprehensive retrofit assessment reports that impressed an expert panel. Her attention to detail and strategic insights ensure projects are efficient and sustainable.
Armed with these new certifications, she’s ready to deliver EPCs and perform detailed assessments, ensuring every project we take on is energy-efficient and future-proof.
